After Service User/School has returned a completed form, the request will be passed onto one of our Recruitment Consultants for evaluation and assessment.
The assigned Recruitment Consultants will begin discussions on the following subject; – Length of contract (Short/Long term) – Budget – Risk assessment – Person Specification – Job Description etc.
CVs of available Teachers who meet the School’s Specification will be sent for evaluation
The selected teacher will be sent over to the school for a face-to-face meeting.
The school communicates their feedback – Positive/Negative.
If feedback from School is Negative, Teachers Pool will continue to search for best suited candidate for client.
If feedback is Positive, the School will pay Teachers Pool indicated percentage per selected package as stated in proposal as payment.
School will receive an invoice from Teachers Pool upon which payment must be made.
The Recruitment Consultant will ensure that once every term the teacher’s lesson is observed to maintain high standards and provision
